Non-available Capacities
Since Regulation (EU) Nr. 543/2013 came into effect on 5 January 2014, unavailable generation units have been reported by the generation units themselves on the ENTSO-E transparency platform. Additional information is displayed on the transparency platform of the European Energy Exchange AG (EEX).
A report is only obligatory if a net feed-in capacity of at least 100 MW is unavailable for at least a quarter of an hour. Power plant units with a maximum net capacity of less than 100MW are thus not included in the published data.
